Combine milk, sour cream, mayo and lemon juice. Whisk to combine.
Add fresh herbs and whisk.
Add seasonings and hot sauce then adjust to taste the herbs and seasonings. Adjust out to desired consistency using more milk to thin it out or more sour cream to thicken.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to marry. Dress a salad or use as a dip!
